What we Offer
Our student residence provides comfort and convenience for students living in the downtown. The community life of the residence is an extension of our ministry at TBS. This is not just a place to live, but a place to grow in your walk with Christ and form lifelong friendships with others.
Fees for single and shared rooms, as well as our meal plan, are listed below. Christian students from recognized post-secondary institutions who are looking for accommodations can submit the residence application form, with references, in order to get the process started.

- TBS Student Discount
- Shared rooms for TBS students are discounted to $450—$500 per month
Single Rooms
$850 - 950 monthly
- Single rooms for NON TBS students range from $850—$950 per month
- TBS Student Discount
- Single rooms for TBS students are discounted to $650—$750 per month
Meal Plan
$357 monthly
- The meal plan provides hot meals served at set times in a communal setting where students can fellowship together.
